According to the leaker KeplerL2, AMD is set to achieve substantial improvements in per-CU (Compute Unit) performance with its upcoming UDNA GPU architecture. The leaker predicts a doubling of both AI and Raster performance, along with a gain of around 20% in raster performance.

Essentially, this modification aims to significantly decrease the performance hit when ray tracing effects are enabled.
