Fanatical’s new Fall Bundle lets you choose from 17 great indie games

With summer officially coming to an end, Fanatical is celebrating the change of season with another Build Your Own bundle. The new BYO Fall Bundle gives PC gamers 17 titles to choose from, covering everything from action and action RPGs to roguelikes, adventures, tower defense and hack-and-slash games.

The pricing is particularly straightforward. You only need to pick one game to unlock the bundle discount, with a single selection costing just $1 / €1 / £1. If you want more games, the price per title drops further. Picking at least five games brings the cost down to $0.70 / €0.70 / £0.70  each, while selecting 10 or more cuts it to just $0.50 / €0.50 / £0.50 per game.

One of the more interesting options is the Defense Grid: Containment Bundle, especially if you're looking for a tower defense game with a sci-fi setting. The bundle includes Defense Grid: The Awakening, along with the Containment and You Monster DLC packs and four Resurgence Map Packs, giving you considerably more content than a standard base-game purchase.

Dreamscaper is another notable pick for anyone who enjoys difficult roguelikes. The action roguelike takes place across the boundary between dreams and reality, following Cassidy as she explores her subconscious and battles increasingly dangerous nightmares. Each run features procedurally generated environments, different weapons, abilities and encounters, giving you plenty of reasons to return after a failed attempt.

For something completely different, Initial Drift Online offers a multiplayer racing experience built around Japanese mountain-pass drifting. The MMO-style racer lets you compete against friends and players around the world, with touge battles and technical drift courses forming the core of the experience.

As with other Fanatical bundles, buying into the promotion also comes with a 5% voucher for a future purchase. If 17 games aren't enough, Fanatical's Killer Bundle currently offers another 29 PC games spanning shooters, survival titles, city builders, management sims and platformers.
