Epic Games Store is giving away an acclaimed sci-fi game and shooter

Claim an highly rated sci-fi game & rhythm shooter free on Epic Games Store

Epic Games Store has refreshed its weekly free game promotion once again, giving PC players two new titles to claim at no cost. Available until June 25, this week's giveaway replaces Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks and The Ouroboros King with Robobeat and Citizen Sleeper.

The first free title, Robobeat, is a rhythm-driven action shooter developed by Simon Fredholm. Released in 2025, the game casts players as Ace, a bounty hunter on a mission to track down the eccentric robot entertainer Frazzer. Combat is built around staying on beat, rewarding players for timing their shots and movement to the music.

Wall-running, sliding, and bunny-hopping help maintain momentum as you battle through fast-paced levels. And, as the genre implies, take the enemies down to the music beat for ultimate damage. Players can also import their own music tracks, allowing each run to be customized with a personal soundtrack.

Joining it is Citizen Sleeper, the acclaimed sci-fi RPG from Jump Over The Age. Set aboard a struggling space station known as the Eye, the game blends narrative-driven role-playing with tabletop-inspired mechanics such as dice rolls and time-based systems. Players take control of a Sleeper - a digitized human consciousness housed in an artificial body and pursued by the corporation that created it.

Survival depends on building relationships, earning resources, and navigating the station’s competing factions while uncovering the stories of its diverse inhabitants. Players must forge friendships, find work, and carve out a place among the Eye’s residents if they hope to survive another cycle in this harsh but vibrant spacefaring community.

Both Robobeat and Citizen Sleeper can be claimed for free on the Epic Games Store until June 25, after which a new set of giveaways will take their place. The next free titles are expected to be RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Voidwrought.
