Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO: Sparking! ZERO featured a new cast of characters from Saiyan & Namek sagas

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO has returned with a 3-minute trailer that reveals a slew of new characters coming to the game. These characters are familiar faces from the first two story arcs of Dragon Ball Z, the Saiyan Saga and the Namek Saga.

The trailer for DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO opens with a classic event from the Saiyan Saga, starting with Goku and Piccolo battling against Goku's brother, Raditz, and concluding with Piccolo unleashing his Special Beam Cannon. The trailer continues to showcase iconic Dragon Ball scenes beloved by fans, including the Saibamen's self-destruct attack, Chiaotzu's famous "Goodbye Tien" line, and Goku's battles with Nappa, all leading up to the first showdown between Goku and Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga.

The Namek Saga begins with the introduction of the fan-favorite villain, Frieza, and his army arriving on Namek. This army includes the Ginyu Force, along with Frieza's elite soldiers like Cui, Dodoria, and Zarbon. Surprisingly, even Nail, a powerful Namekian warrior, appears in a fight scene against Frieza. The trailer ends with the final chapters of the Namek Saga, featuring Goku and his allies battling against Frieza. In the last part of the trailer, we also see Frieza utilizing all of his forms from Dragon Ball Z to confront Goku.

This Saiyan & Namek sagas trailer, along with Bandai Namco's recent trailer for the Android Saga, brings the total number of new playable characters in the game's roster to 30:
