According to these details, the upcoming SUPER GPU will utilize 3GB GDDR7 memory modules, giving the refreshed RTX 5070 a total memory capacity of 18GB. This represents a 50% increase in memory.

The Nvidia RTX 5070 SUPER is receiving more than just a memory boost; it is also equipped with an upgraded GPU core. With 6400 CUDA cores, the new GPU sports 256 more CUDA cores than its predecessor, marking a 4.1% growth in CUDA core quantity. Additionally, the GPU features a TGP of 275W, providing an extra 25 watts of power, potentially allowing for higher clock speeds than the standard version.

Details have also emerged about the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti SUPER graphics card, and they are quite unusual.
