GamersGate is a leading digital distributor of PC and Mac games that creates a relatively easy experience for all gamers around the world - anytime, anywhere. By providing an experience without the need for any cumbersome client interface, gamers can now access their games without any third-party intervention. With the largest catalogue of games available for download on the Internet (currently over 3,000), GamersGate offers a strong selection of AAA titles and publishers (including EA, Ubisoft, THQ, Sega, and more) as well as an interesting variety of niche and independent publishers.

To continue to serve the community, GamersGate has rolled out the most robust loyalty program with the launch of Blue Coins. Blue Coins can be earned through various activities on the site, but also by purchasing them directly with real money. Users can earn Blue Coins by writing game reviews, rating games, and even by participating in the Game Tutor program. The Game Tutor program is a tutoring system where users can ask other users further questions about difficulties in game levels or any game related issues. Users who provide answers will be rewarded with Blue Coins.

GamersGate continues to redefine the download industry with the launch of several support services, including in-game chat, and other tools.

A lesser-known store that often offers good discounts on older titles. The website seems a bit dated, but the keys work well and the customer service is reasonably responsive.

I bought a game key that couldn't be activated in my region. Support responded quickly via email (within just a few hours). After a few emails back and forth, I received a refund even though it was technically my mistake. Because of this, I'm giving them 5 stars.

Support is really bad. Seems to be many people on their volunteer support board complaining of being sold keys that do not work, myself included. Support takes weeks to respond. Issue still unresolved.
