Nvidia has postponed the release of its RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5060 graphics cards
With NVIDIA set to introduce four GeForce RTX 50 Series GPUs this year, the company has not yet officially unveiled its mainstream RTX Blackwell models - the GeForce RTX 5060 and GeForce RTX 5060 Ti. Based on trustworthy leaks, we have gathered a number of specifications for these cards, along with information that NVIDIA intends to offer both 8GB and 16GB variants for the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti.
The timeline for these cards reaching retail is uncertain - the anticipated late-March launch for the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti has passed. While NVIDIA typically does not introduce new gaming hardware during GDC or GTC events, many had anticipated a reveal for the RTX 5060 Series in the previous week.
As per details from Board Channels (cited by Videocardz), a forum where NVIDIA partners share insights about supply, the latest word is that the GeForce RTX 5060 Ti's launch has been postponed to mid-April, while the GeForce RTX 5060 is expected in mid-May.

A mid-May release for the GeForce RTX 5060 would closely align with Computex 2025, where NVIDIA's various partners might display different RTX 5060 Series models and setups. Given that NVIDIA has not confirmed these cards, such a delay shouldn't be classified as a real setback. However, with it becoming increasingly difficult to find GeForce RTX 40 Series cards across several regions, this delay might complicate the availability of GeForce RTX 4060 stock prior to the RTX 5060's arrival.
As per leaks, the GeForce RTX 5060 is expected to come with 8GB of high-speed GDDR7 memory and 3840 CUDA Cores. Even though 8GB may be seen as underwhelming, the 25% increase in CUDA Cores compared to the RTX 4060 and enhanced memory bandwidth suggest we could witness a substantial performance improvement, marking one of the most significant advancements for the GeForce RTX 50 Series.
