Intel’s Nova Lake-S iGPU leak reveals Xe3 “Celestial” and Xe4 “Druid” architectures

Intel’s Nova Lake-S iGPU leak reveals Xe3 “Celestial” and Xe4 “Druid” architectures

A formal document from Intel, shared by @InstLatX64 on Twitter/X, has outlined several new product lines from the well-known CPU manufacturer. This includes various upcoming Intel Desktop offerings, such as Nova Lake-S and Bartlett Lake-S.

While this document is official, Intel's strategy may change. Therefore, these listings should not be interpreted as confirmations of product releases. Nonetheless, this document does validate some long-held speculations.

Firstly, it confirms that Intel plans to launch 12-core Bartlett Lake-S CPUs. This CPU is expected to feature a design entirely composed of P-Cores based on Raptor Lake, eliminating E-cores in favor of Intel’s more powerful P-Cores. Reportedly, this CPU will be compatible with Intel’s older LGA-1700 socket, although this has yet to be verified.

The Panther Lake CPU lineup from Intel is set to be unveiled later this year, but widespread availability is not expected until early 2026. Following Panther Lake, Nova Lake will be introduced for both desktop and laptop computers. Nova Lake is anticipated to utilize Intel's new LGA-1954 socket and include more cores than the current Arrow Lake CPUs.

Regarding Wildcat Lake, it seems to be a successor to Twin Lake, designed as a low-power platform that might lead Intel to implement a new naming convention for its Atom/N-series product range. However, there are a few strange inconsistencies in this screenshot. One issue is that the revision date at the bottom is listed as 6 September 2024, while the now-unavailable presentation claims to have been released in May 2025.

Additionally, a footnote on the slide mentions that "the information above is not an official POR document and may differ from other Intel divisions with similar offerings." We cannot regard this slide as an official announcement from Intel, intentional or otherwise, yet its capture by multiple sources indicates it was likely posted on the Intel website.
