The Day Before boasts impressive graphics on PC

Zombie survival games are a common sight on digital storefronts, but there are not so many featuring as impressive graphics as The Day Before. This open-world MMO is set in a post-apocalyptic America in the aftermath of a virulent outbreak that has turned most of the population into ravenous zombie-like cannibals. The scarcity of resources makes it quite hard for the few survivors to keep on living in a world where finding someone you can trust is as hard as escaping from the infected. There are some that are trying to rebuild the society and have created colonies, which aim to become safe places where you can enjoy a more or less normal life.

The interaction between the players and the world that surrounds them will be at the center of The Day Before. The game allows you to explore a huge territory where you can scavenge for resources and loot that you can sell or use to survive. Out there, anything is a potential threat. The infected will hunt you down to eat you, and other survivors may kill you to steal your goods. The only safe places will be colonies, where you will be able to rest, sell your goods, and interact with other players without a chance of them ambushing you.

But the most interesting feature of The Day Before is its graphics. You can take a peek at them in the latest video published by Nvidia, which showcases gameplay footage with "ray-traced reflections, ambient occlusion, RTX Global Illumination, and performance enhancing NVIDIA DLSS for the ultimate experience on PC".
