Tiny Eden enhances its experience nonstop
Farming games are supposed to be relaxing. You plant a few seeds, water your crops, and watch your little patch of paradise slowly turn into something worth showing off. But when the game itself needs a little watering, who takes care of it? In the case of Tiny Eden, Bajka Games is doing the gardening.
The first-person farming simulator lets you transform a tiny apartment into a lush garden. You can even cook with the vegetables you produce and then sell your amazing dishes for profit, creating a thriving business that can expand over time. The game has had a good reception, but it also has received a total of eight updates since it was officially released on 7 September, 2026, covering everything from crashes and controls to drones, quests, trading, and even a café and kitchen. That is quite a lot of attention for a game that is still finding its feet, and it suggests that Bajka Games is not planning to leave its tiny garden unattended.
From little bugs to bigger fixes
The first few updates focused on the kind of improvements that are easy to overlook but make a real difference when you're playing. Save compatibility, gameplay fixes, quests, and localization were among the early priorities, followed by further work on controls, audio, and the general gameplay experience. The message was pretty clear then: before turning Tiny Eden into a bigger and more feature-rich farming adventure, the studio needed to make sure the basics were working properly. Nobody wants to spend hours tending their crops only to discover that their progress has gone missing.
The third and fourth updates brought more attention to the game's tools and systems, including drones, the watering can, storage, and field of view. The studio also addressed various gameplay issues. The drone work is particularly interesting because it shows that Tiny Eden is not just about manually watering plants forever. The game features systems that can make farming more convenient and add a little variety to the daily routine.
The FOV changes are another welcome touch. In a first-person game, being able to see and move around comfortably matters. Even the most peaceful garden can become annoying if your camera feels like it's trapped in a flowerpot.
Update five continued the cleanup process with changes to the user interface, controls, drones, and quests. It may not sound like the sort of update that gets people dancing around their greenhouses, but this is the stuff that helps a farming simulator feel smoother. A better interface means less time fighting menus and more time actually farming. Quest fixes also matter because progression is a big part of keeping players engaged. If the game is going to encourage you to grow, collect, and complete tasks, those systems need to behave themselves.
One of the more significant updates was the sixth, which tackled crash fixes, gamepad support, and quest progression. Crashes are never welcome, but they are particularly frustrating in a game built around gradual progress. Farming simulators thrive on the satisfaction of seeing your work accumulate over time, so anything that threatens that experience deserves attention. Gamepad support is another meaningful improvement. Not everyone wants to spend their relaxing evening with a keyboard and mouse, and controller support can make a first-person simulator feel much more natural.
The seventh update was where the game started to feel a little more ambitious. Alongside further quest and drone changes, Bajka Games introduced a café and a kitchen, as well as orders. This is the kind of content that gives a farming simulator more personality. Growing plants is one thing, but having additional activities and places to interact with can make the world feel more alive. The café and kitchen additions also hint at a broader gameplay loop, giving players more reasons to keep working on their little corner of Eden.
The eighth update continued the trend with bug reporting, trading, more drone-related work, and additional improvements. The introduction of bug reporting is particularly encouraging because it helps connect players with the development process. When a game is still being polished, making it easier to communicate problems is a useful step toward identifying what needs attention next. Trading also adds another layer to the farming experience, while the continued work on drones shows that Bajka Games is still investing in the systems it has already introduced.
Bajka Games is clearly not sitting around
All these updates in such a short time after launch prove that the developer studio has been working on the foundations of Tiny Eden while also expanding what players can do. This is great and shows that Bajka Games is committed to makin the game a memorable experience. However, one can stop wondering if all those features and novelties couldn't be added before the game was released. Maybe, a sizeable Early Access experience would have helped to polish the rough facets of the experience. Eight updates do not guarantee that every technical issue has been solved, and the game can still benefit from further development. But the direction is encouraging.
Tiny Eden is still a relatively young farming simulator, and its post-launch support is already giving it a more solid foundation. The studio appears to be working toward the kind of experience it wants Tiny Eden to become, and that is exactly what players hope to see from a developer supporting its game after launch. And if the studio keeps up this pace, the game could turn into a much bigger farming adventure than its name suggests.
