Creative Assembly is expanding the world of Total War: Warhammer III with the arrival of Bhashiva, a brand-new Legendary Lord for Grand Cathay. Known as the White Tiger, Bhashiva introduces a far more aggressive and stealth-focused approach compared to Cathay’s traditional defensive armies. This mark the second update for Grand Cathay factions since the arriving of Yuan bo the Jade Dragon DLC.

Instead of relying on artillery lines and disciplined formations, her faction emphasizes mobility, ambush tactics, and brutal melee assaults led by elite Tiger Warriors. The DLC also explores long-requested Tigermen lore that has existed in Warhammer Fantasy for years but rarely appeared in games.

Bhashiva leads the Claws of the White Tiger faction, bringing new campaign systems centered around loyalty, judgment, and military expansion. Her Tiger Court mechanic allows players to make political decisions that unlock powerful relics and faction bonuses, while the Armies of Shang-Yang system rewards successful missions with upgrades for Cathayan forces.

These mechanics encourage a more active and conquest-driven campaign style instead of passive empire building. On the battlefield, Bhashiva herself acts as a deadly assassin hero capable of rapidly closing distances and overwhelming vulnerable targets with fast melee attacks.

The DLC has already generated strong excitement among strategy fans because it offers something visually and mechanically different from previous Grand Cathay content.
