Their campaign uses harvested souls to unlock Gifts of Nurgle, while captured settlements can become Gardens of Corruption, expanding access to powerful daemonic units. Their three brothers fight together as a single monstrous combatant, combining brute strength, sorcery, and Nurgle's resilience.

Opposing this spreading apocalypse is Boris Todbringer, Elector Count of Middenland and champion of Ulric. His campaign centers on rebuilding the Great Temple of Ulric and generating Fervour through battle. As the temple develops, Boris unlocks stronger bonuses and elite Middenland forces, giving his campaign a distinctly martial Empire identity.
