    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wall-run indefinitely, or are there limitations to the distance or time I can spend wall-running?
Wall-running has a limited duration. You'll see a meter deplete while wall-running, and you'll need to touch the ground or another wall to replenish it.
How does the 'Kinetic Momentum' mechanic affect my movement and combat, and what are the strategic implications?
Kinetic Momentum increases your damage and melee attack speed based on your velocity. This encourages aggressive, fast-paced combat and rewards skillful movement.
If I teleport to a location, can I instantly begin wall-running or double-jumping, or is there a short cooldown or animation delay?
Teleporting does not have a cooldown, and you can immediately initiate other actions like wall-running or double-jumping.
Are there different types of enemies with specific weaknesses to certain melee weapons or movement styles, encouraging strategic loadout choices?
Yes, enemies have various armor types and vulnerabilities. Some enemies are weak to specific weapons or require particular movement tactics to defeat efficiently.
How does the game handle verticality in combat? Can I attack enemies from above or below, and are there advantages or disadvantages to doing so?
Verticality is crucial. Attacking from above grants an advantage, providing a damage bonus and allowing for quick traversal. Enemies can also utilize vertical space.
Can I deflect projectiles with my katana, and is timing essential for successful deflections?
Yes, you can deflect projectiles. Successful deflections require precise timing, which can send the projectile back at the enemy.
Is there a stamina system for actions such as jumping, sliding, or swinging my weapons, and how does it affect the flow of combat?
There is no stamina system. You are free to chain together jumps, slides, and attacks without limitations. Movement speed is a consideration.
How does the 'bullet time' ability work in conjunction with other mechanics, and what are its cooldown and strategic uses?

Can I seamlessly switch between different weapon types (e.g., katana, shurikens, guns) during combat, or is there a delay or animation associated with changing weapons?
You can switch between weapons instantly, allowing for fluid and adaptable combat strategies. No delays will occur for a weapon switch.
How does the game's scoring system reward skillful play, and what specific actions contribute to a higher score?
