Hellish Quart

Hellish Quart lets you duel with shining scimitars and polished long swords in the 17th century. It is a highly realistic physics-based 3D sword dueling simulator. Slice and stab at your opponent hard enough that they drop their sword, or even take their limbs off with a clean cut. You better be careful, because if the stab is accurate enough it only takes one for a killing blow.

Hellish Quart features incredible graphics and beautiful environments. Your footwork is important when you avoid your enemy’s strikes and trade blows with them, looking for a crack in their defense as you dance to the death. When you get too close to your opponent, your regular attacks automatically change to using knees and elbows to push your opponent back. You have to be careful even immediately after you land a killing blow because it is possible for players (or AI) to kill you at the same time you kill them. Being careful doesn’t mean being passive, if you block too much your opponent might find a way through your defenses, and since it only takes a single hit if it lands in the right place, it might not be the best tactic to block all the time.
