The Infected is an intense open-world survival game that challenges players to endure the harsh wilderness while facing a terrifying mutated threat. Developed by DigX Studios, this sandbox experience combines crafting, base-building, and resource management with the constant danger of hostile creatures lurking in the shadows.

Players find themselves stranded in a vast, unforgiving world where survival depends on gathering materials, hunting for food, and constructing a secure shelter. With a dynamic day-night cycle and shifting weather conditions, the environment itself becomes a formidable obstacle, testing players’ ability to adapt and plan ahead.

However, the greatest threat comes at night. The world is infested with Vambies, a terrifying hybrid of vampires and zombies that hunt relentlessly. These creatures grow more aggressive over time, forcing players to fortify their bases, craft weapons, and set traps to hold back the onslaught.

The game offers a solo experience or co-op multiplayer, allowing players to team up and strategize together for a better chance at survival. Farming, cooking, and technology upgrades also play a crucial role, enabling players to expand their resources and create more advanced defenses.

With its realistic survival mechanics, relentless enemies, and deep crafting system, The Infected delivers a challenging and immersive survival horror experience where every decision could mean the difference between life and death.
