    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the 'Mimic' ability on a Bot that is currently executing a 'Hack' action?
No, the 'Mimic' ability can only target Bots that are in a 'Standby' state, not those actively engaged in an action like 'Hack'.
If I 'Sabotage' a Bot, does the effect apply immediately, or at the start of its next turn?
The 'Sabotage' effect takes place at the start of the Bot's next scheduled action. Thus, it's delayed.
When using 'Override', can I choose a different action for the target Bot, or only the currently queued one?
You can choose any available action for the target Bot when using 'Override', not just its current one.
Does the 'Glitch' ability affect all Bots on the board, or only a specific type?
The 'Glitch' ability affects all Bots currently present on the game board, regardless of their type or affiliation.
If a Bot is affected by both 'Sabotage' and 'Mimic', which effect resolves first?
'Sabotage' is resolved before 'Mimic'. Therefore, the 'Sabotage' would first alter the intended action, and then the 'Mimic' would be performed.
Can a Bot be targeted by the same ability (e.g., 'Hack') multiple times in a single turn?
Yes, provided the ability isn't limited by cooldowns or other restrictions, a Bot can be targeted multiple times by the same ability.
Does 'Reboot' return a Bot to its original starting position, or its last known position?
'Reboot' returns the Bot to its original starting position on the game board.
Are the effects of 'Buff' and 'Debuff' abilities permanent, or do they have a duration?
Most 'Buff' and 'Debuff' abilities have a limited duration, often lasting for a specified number of turns.
Can I use abilities on my own Bots, or are they exclusively for targeting enemy units?
You can use most abilities on your own Bots, allowing for strategic self-buffing or action modification.
If a Bot is in a 'Locked' state, can it still be targeted by abilities?
Yes, although a 'Locked' Bot is prevented from performing actions, it can still be targeted by certain abilities.
