Calyx is a sci-fi strategy and survival experience where careful planning is the only thing standing between your outpost and total annihilation. On a hostile, resource-rich planet, a dangerous organism known as the Calyx spreads relentlessly across the surface, consuming everything in its path. Your task is to contain this living threat while keeping a fragile mining operation alive.

After awakening from long-term stasis, you find yourself in control of an abandoned Avaris Corporation deep-space mining facility. With limited resources and only an aging AI system to assist you, every decision matters. You must extract ore, manage power, expand infrastructure, and reinforce defenses before the Calyx overwhelms your position.

In Calyx everything revolves around the construction of your base. Design efficient layouts, establish power grids, place walls and turrets, and optimize production chains to keep your base operational under constant pressure. As the enemy evolves and spreads, so must your strategies.

Combat unfolds in classic RTS fashion, with a growing arsenal of vehicles and weapons at your disposal. Deploy tanks, artillery, flamethrowers, and advanced units to push back the Calyx and protect critical objectives. Successful defenses reward you with Research Points, allowing you to unlock new technologies, devastating weapons, and powerful upgrades through a tech tree.

Calyx offers multiple ways to play, including a structured campaign with a guided tutorial, as well as skirmish and challenge modes for players who want to test their tactical skills.

Survive, adapt, and hold the line, because once the Calyx takes root, it never stops growing.
