Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League announces its Season 2

Rocksteady had very ambitious plans for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. So ambitious, that the developer studio will continue with them despite the game not being as successful as they expected. The adventure starring the anti-heroes from DC Comics has not quite sold a huge number of copies, even though its dynamic gameplay and the thrilling story looked quite appealing before launch. However, the studio went through the game's first season which included the Joker as a playable character and more. Now, the roadmap for Season 2 of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has been announced, and it will arrive next week full of surprises.

Winter is coming to Metropolis

The major addition of Season 2 is no other than a new playable character. Mrs Freeze will join the Joker and the original characters of the Suicide Squad as part of the content in the new season, which also includes a new battle pass, plenty of frost-themed weapons and skins, and new Brainiac fights and incursions.

Suicide Squad Season 2

Rocksteady promised to deliver four seasons of post-launch content for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and it's keeping that promise despite the game's results at launch. Adding new characters and additional content may be enough to boost the game's numbers at some point. The game's live-service formula does not seem to appeal to the fans of DC Comics as much as it should, especially when compared with Batman Arkham Asylum, Batman Arkham Knight, and Batman Arkham City.

In any case, Season 2 will kick off on July 11 for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. If you want to check it out, our comparator can provide you with the best prices to buy a Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League game code so you can give those iconic heroes a good beating.
