Scene from Sniper Elite 4: A soldier stabs another soldier with a knife. Blood sprays from the wound.

The fourth installment of the Sniper Elite series arrives full of what has made the franchise so successful. It's a third-person tactical shooter where stealth has a primary role. This time the action moves to Italy in 1943, where as Karl Fairburne, an Office of Strategic services agent, you will have to assist the resistance in their fight against the fascists doing what you do best, killing them mercilessly. With a map quite larger than the previous title of the series, the new climbing system in Sniper Elite 4 allows you much more freedom of choice but also making sneaking through the enemy lines to take down your targets a much more challenging task. An upgraded IA and more responsive controls greatly help to improve the gameplay. The game allows you to play the campaign solo or in cooperative mode with a friend, and also includes many multiplayer modes, both co-op and competitive. Sniper Elite 4 offers the definitive experience to those that like to play as a sniper.
