Space Hulk: Deathwing is an FPS taking place in the Warhammer 40000 universe. You play as the Deathwing of the Dark Angels, a secret and extremely feared unit of Space Marines. Deathwings are elite fighters with an iron will and a legendary reputation. Their Terminator armor is foolproof, and most enemies would flee at its sight. Their power is such that a single coordinated attack can defeat an entire army. Your mission will be to defeat one of the most formidable enemies, the Genestealers, the most dangerous species of Tyranids. With quick reflexes and sharp claws, they are also extremely intelligent creatures, who do not hesitate to use cunning when brute force is futile. They are also able to reproduce at breakneck speed, implanting their genetic material in any form of life, which can then be telepathically bent to its will. You will have to pursue this enemy hiding in Space Hulks, agglomerations of ships, debris and wrecks of space stations adrift that form real labyrinths, sometimes as big as a moon and containing treasures several millennia old. In campaign mode, you will have to lead your Space Marines squad. You are an Archivist, a fighter with psychic powers who can launch fire and lightning. You will earn Fervor Points during combat that will help you to improve your skills and gain new powers. The coop mode allows you to group with up to three other players and embody one of the five classes available: Assault Specialist, Heavy Weapon Specialist, Archivist, Apothecary and Tactical Specialist. Each class has its own skills and characteristics.
