    A Viking adventure! Danish developer Zaxis Games and german EuroVideo bring you this Norse comic-book action adventure game. Fimbul is inspired by the Saxo Grammaticus - the Danish Book of Kings - and mixes northern European legends with comic book-style narrative and a weapon-based combat system.

    The old berserker Kveldulver travels through Midgard during the cold winter battling Trolls, and Jotuns to find an ancient artifact that might stop the Ragnarok. Master a wide assortment of weaponry and use the best weapon for each of the different enemies. Recruit other Vikings into your party and use their individual skills to beat your enemies.

    This is a nonlinear story where your actions influence the ending. The autosave feature "Thread of Life" allows the player to come back to significant moments in the story to explore other options and endings. Explore the world and find secret areas and encounters that will give a background to the story and its different characters.
