Inside an airplane, looking out two windows at a wing and the sky, a screen is to the left, from the game Airplane Mode.

Enjoy the craziest flight simulator yet from the window seat of a commercial airplane. That’s right, Airplane Mode puts you in the seat of an economy class passenger on a long-haul flight. Every little detail of flying has been lovingly and realistically recreated for your pleasure. Feel the existential dread of being locked away in an airtight prison hundreds of feet above the ground. Revel in the mundane experience of choosing what to have for lunch or dinner. Feel the annoyance of unexpected problems like delays, turbulence, slow wifi, and a baby crying non-stop somewhere in the cabin. Enjoy the flight safety video that most passengers ignore. Experience the wonder of your aircraft taxiing through the runway, lifting off, and finally landing at your destination. All events are randomized so you won’t go through the same thing again on your next playthrough.

Airplane Mode is the single most realistic simulation of air travel from the point of view of an ordinary person.
