Imagine taking part in a frantic race against time where you run and jump at top speed over moving platforms. Clustertruck offers you that exactly but in a unique way. This platformer dares you to survive a death race that takes place on a very unusual track: a road full of trucks. The catch? you have to jump from the top of each truck to the next one without falling to a certain death.

Clustertruck offers you a chaotic and exciting gameplay experience that will put your skill to the test through challenging scenarios. If jumping from one truck to another wasn´t hard enough, you also have to dodge traps and attacks that can knock you off, all while moving as fast as possible. If you are good enough, you will unlock certain abilities that will help you to progress, like a grappling hook that will surely come in very handy.

The game includes a complete editor that lets you create your own scenarios and share them with other players and online leaderboards where you can compete with other players worldwide.
Clustertruck is a unique combination of runner and platformer where the slightest error can end with you dead.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wall-run indefinitely, or are there limitations to how long I can stay on a wall?
Wall-running has a limited duration, indicated by a meter. The meter depletes as you wall-run and refills when you're not in contact with a wall.
How does the 'Time Stop' ability truly affect the physics of the trucks?
Time Stop freezes the trucks' movement in place, allowing you to use them as platforms while they maintain their collision properties. It doesn't freeze the physics entirely, like if a truck is tipping when Time Stop is activated, it will maintain that tipping angle.
If I get knocked off a truck by another truck, can I recover mid-air using abilities?
Yes, abilities like Dash and Double Jump can be used mid-air after being knocked off a truck to regain control and potentially land safely or reach another truck.
Are the physics consistent between single-player and multiplayer modes?
The core physics are consistent, but multiplayer may have slight variations due to lag and network synchronization affecting truck behavior.
How does the 'Gravity' ability alter the overall gameplay experience?
The Gravity ability changes your control of your character in the air. When in air you will not fall like in normal conditions and the ability gives you a limited flight time by making you float.
How exactly does the 'Dash' ability influence the collision detection with trucks?
Dash allows you to briefly pass through trucks. It's crucial for maneuvering through tight spaces and avoiding being knocked off when trucks are tightly packed together.
Does the game penalize players for touching the environment besides the trucks?
Touching anything other than the trucks and the designated checkpoints results in immediate level restart.
How does the level generation influence the challenges that players face?
The levels are designed to encourage experimentation with the available abilities. Each level is procedurally generated with a specific set of challenges designed for the player to beat.
Can the player interact with the trucks in a way other than jumping and landing on them?
No, the primary interaction is by jumping and landing on trucks. The abilities provide other interactions, but not directly on the trucks.
What is the primary way to gain score during a level?
The primary way to gain a score is to finish a level as fast as possible.
