Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is already available
If you are one of those that grew up watching Power Rangers series you will be delighted to know that Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid has been released today. You can already play with your favorite characters from the TV series, at least on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One; PlayStation 4 and PC versions will be available a bit later this year. Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid is a 3v3 tag fighting game that features gameplay mechanics similar to other tag-team games. You will select three fighters from a roster that includes some of the fan-favorite Power Rangers and villains and proceed to fight in several different modes. The game allows you to play with nine different characters at launch, including Jason Lee Scott, Tommy Oliver, Gia Moran, Ranger Slayer, Magna Defender, Kat Manx, Mastodon Sentry, Goldar, and Lord Drakkon, as well as three different Ultrazords: Dino Megazord, Dragonzord and Mega Goldar. More characters will be available later in the form of DLC for the game. In Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid you will be able to fight in online modes against players from all over the world, scoring League Points in Ranked Mode to climb to the top of the leaderboards or taking it easy in Casual Mode. But you will also be able to play offline in several modes, both against other players or the IA. There are 5 battle arenas where you will fight in Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid, they represent different scenarios well-known to the fans including Zordon’s Training Room, Harwood County Warzone, Mystic Forest, Lord Drakkon’s Throne Room, and the Command Center.
