Players will move between floors by using stairs or elevators, which are considered high-risk "choke points," since it's likely to encounter other players there. Not only that, but the game also included a dynamic gas system, which means that random floors will be flooded with toxic gas over time, forcing players to abandon certain areas and keep moving in order to survive.

The game follows an "extraction" loop, where the players will enter the tower, scavenge for loot, survive zombies and players, and escape via pods or specific extraction points. There will be 5 optional classes for the players to choose, such as Brick (a tank-like melee fighter with high health and a massive sledgehammer), Crow (an agile assassin using daggers, smoke bombs, and poison), Lockdown (a ranged specialist starting with a bow and arrow), and finally, Bartender (a support/utility class that can craft boosting "cocktails" in real-time by following specific "recipes").

The game also features a dark web marketplace, where players can trade gear. Developers have also included crafting benches to modify weapons and persistent hideout systems, with those serving as saving points. Players will be facing 3 main threats, which include mutated zombies, floor-specific variants, and mainly, the tension of PvPvE.
