Craft your own tools, clothes, weapons, and other items. Thankfully, 99% of the objects in this world are breakable, so nothing can stop you from traversing the entirety of the terrain.
You must do whatever it takes to stay ahead of the monsters. Something terrible has mutated humans into ravenous zombies, and it’s up to you to put them down for good. If you can’t, run away for now and come back when you have leveled up or have better equipment.
