Keep the world from ending by using the element of time to solve puzzles in The Entropy Centre. A spiritual successor to the Portal series, this first-person puzzle game is set on an enormous space station orbiting the planet Earth. Due to an extinction-level event, the world is burning and you are almost out of time. You must navigate through the Entropy Centre, reach its core, and there find a way to stop the apocalypse.

Your only help and companion is ASTRA, an AI gun designed to control the element of time. With her on your side, you can chart an object's chronology and move it back into the past. This lets you rebuild pillars and other broken structures, return objects to prior locations, get machines working again, and stop structures from collapsing. Use your time abilities to solve mind-bending puzzles and make your way to the heart of the station—before time runs out!

Complimented by witty dialogue, fantastic voice acting, and a series of truly challenging puzzles, The Entropy Centre provides an incredibly good time for those who loved Portal.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rewind objects to any previous state, or is there a limited number of 'rewinds' available?
You can rewind objects as many times as needed, but the distance they rewind is dependent on the 'Rewind Charge' meter.
Does the Rewind Device affect all objects in the environment, or can I choose which ones to manipulate?
You can selectively target objects using the Rewind Device, allowing you to focus your efforts on solving specific puzzles.
How does the game handle the physics of rewinding objects that are part of a larger structure or contraption?
The game's physics engine intelligently manages the rewinding process, ensuring objects interact realistically with their environment even when their states are altered.
Are there any limitations to the types of objects that can be rewound?
Most physical objects can be rewound, though some environmental elements may be static and unmodifiable for puzzle design reasons.
How does the game indicate the past states of objects I'm manipulating?
Visual cues, such as ghostly outlines or holographic projections, are used to represent the previous states of rewound objects, aiding in puzzle solving.
Does rewinding an object affect its properties, such as weight or material strength, in any way?
Rewinding primarily affects the object's position and orientation; however, puzzle design may incorporate specific scenarios where the past actions or states of an object change the present, such as opening a door.
Can I rewind an object that is actively moving, or does it need to be stationary?
You can rewind objects while they are moving, allowing for complex manipulation of dynamic elements within the environment.
Are there any puzzles that require me to rewind objects in a specific sequence or with precise timing?
The game incorporates numerous puzzles that demand careful sequencing and timing when rewinding objects to achieve the desired outcomes.
Does the Rewind Device have any abilities beyond rewinding, such as manipulating the environment in other ways?
The Rewind Device primarily focuses on the rewinding mechanic, but other tools and abilities may become available, allowing for more complex gameplay.
How does the game introduce new mechanics or complexities to the Rewind Device throughout the campaign?
The Rewind Device's capabilities evolve gradually, with the introduction of new applications and puzzle elements as you progress through the game.
