Katanaut is a sci-fi roguelite action adventure set within the ruins of a decaying space station. Players step into the role of the Naut, a lone survivor armed with a blade and sheer determination. The station's corridors are filled with once-human inhabitants twisted into grotesque forms, creating an environment where every encounter is a test of skill, timing, and adaptability.

The heart of the game lies in its combat. Fluid and responsive swordplay challenges players to master strikes, dodges, and parries while facing relentless enemies. Each death is not an end, but a turning point, as fragments of memory and new abilities carry over between runs, creating a cycle of growth and progression. This roguelite structure ensures that failure fuels advancement, keeping each return to the station both meaningful and rewarding.

Environments within Katanaut shift and transform across playthroughs, offering new pathways, enemy encounters, and opportunities with every run. This design not only enhances replayability but also maintains the constant sense of tension and discovery, as the familiar always carries an edge of the unknown.

With its fusion of cosmic horror and science fiction, Katanaut delivers an atmosphere thick with dread and mystery. The narrative unfolds in fragments, gradually revealing the fate of the station and the truths hidden within its depths. Combined with pixel-art visuals and a haunting tone, the game creates an immersive experience that resonates long after the controller is set down.

Designed for players who thrive on challenge and atmosphere, Katanaut offers a unique blend of skill-based action, roguelite progression, and rich environmental storytelling. It is not only a game about survival, but about uncovering the secrets buried within a nightmare of humanity's own making.
