Black Myth: Wukong will have a worldwide release in August

Game Science, a Chinese game developer and publisher, shared during the 2024 Summer Game Fest a completely new trailer for the highly anticipated action RPG Black Myth: Wukong. The most excited fans can already pre-order the game on PlayStation 5 and also on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store as they prepare for the game's worldwide launch on August 20, 2024.

The new CG trailer for Black Myth: Wukong shows the progress in the game's development as well as provides a quick look at The Destined One's legendary journey and the formidable challenges that await. Black Myth: Wukong has been attracting attention since it was first announced for its exuberant graphics and also for being Soulslike, along the lines of Lies of P. NVidia made a trailer showing Black Myth: Wukong running with Ray Tracing to show that the game's trailer isn't just for show, and the gameplay will reflect the preview's visuals. 

But for those who can't stand more Soulslike gameplay, rest assured that a leak earlier this year said Black Myth: Wukong is more manageable than usual. Moreover, that same leaker commented that the game will have over 160 different enemies and a staggering amount of 80 bosses. The RPG will also have a New Game+ option and multiple endings, as is usual for the Soulslike genre.
