Nearly a decade after its original release, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still going strong. Bandai Namco has announced that Future Saga Chapter 3 will arrive on October 30, 2025, bringing brand-new missions, characters, and plenty of fresh content. Alongside the reveal, the studio also teased that Chapter 4 is already in development and will serve as the saga’s grand finale.
The newly released trailer reveals that Frieza has joined forces with Fu in an attempt to control time itself. The iconic villain now wields a dangerous new form — Golden Frieza (Ultra Supervillain) — enhanced by mysterious crystal energy. He’s joined by Broly (Dragon Ball Super), who unleashes his explosive power and new abilities in the fray.
Future Saga Chapter 3 doesn’t just focus on new characters — it also introduces a new mission, three parallel quests, six special moves, five costumes/accessories, three Super Souls, 23 illustrations, and a new Conton City Ruins stage, plus an additional story scenario titled “Cheelai & Broly All Out! Conton City Patrol.”
At the end of the trailer, Bandai Namco teased Future Saga Chapter 4, which will conclude the long-running story arc that has kept players invested for years.With two major chapters still on the horizon, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 shows no signs of slowing down and continues to prove why it remains one of the most enduring Dragon Ball titles ever made.
