There is no early access for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

Early access is a hot theme this summer with many games allowing players to play a few days ahead of the release date just by buying a more expensive edition. When it comes to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, everyone assumed that Activision was going to do as they did with Modern Warfare 3, offering players who pre-ordered the game access to the campaign several days ahead of the game's release date. However, recent information confirms quite the opposite. It turns out that nobody is going to be able to play the game ahead of October 25. The beta events that took place so far allowed players to check out multiplayer but there is no chance that you share any details about the campaign before the official release date whether you pre-ordered the game or not.

The reason behind this decision is that the development team is fully focused on offering a big release on October 25 that will allow all players to discover the game at the same time.

“The team is fully focused on October 25th. We are excited about all the game has to offer across Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies. This year, we made the decision to ensure the community gets to dig into any and all modes that they want at the same time, so we are back to one massive global launch moment on October 25th. As such, there is no Early Access beat this year for Black Ops 6, just the countdown to launch.”

Of course, some voices have raised complaints about this news as there are players who have already pre-ordered the game with early access in mind. However, there's also a sizeable part of the community that does not like early access because it can be a source of spoilers for them. Well, it surely won't be happening this year for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
