It's 1789 in France, and Louis XVI has changed history as we know it by crushing all revolutionary attempts with the help of a powerful army composed of merciless machines. The subduing of the uprising has had a huge cost in the blood and lives of innocent citizens, but there is still hope. A master engineer has created you, an Aegis, the ultimate form of warrior machine and a being capable of challenging the ranks of the king's automatons and changing history once more.

Explore the narrow and labyrinthic streets of the City of Light and reveal its hidden secrets as you look for a way of destroying the king's army. Choose your own path and enhance your mechanical capabilities to adapt them to your preferred playstyle. Elemental arts and deadly weapons will be at your disposal to deliver swift death to the soulless servants of the Clockwork King. Rekindle the flames of revolution in Paris and fight for a future of freedom in this story-driven action RPG with Souls-like combat.

The future of France is in your hands in Steelrising.

The game in RPG mode in the history of France, including Louis XVI, allows you to fight and especially to see the city in its time

The game is an action-RPG strongly oriented towards the Souls-Like genre. The game is therefore very demanding and offers only one difficulty mode. The whole gameplay is centered on timing, good parries to avoid the opponents' blows and counter-attacks to inflict the maximum damage.

It's a change from games that just follow the historical thread and it's a good escape. Let's hope this one is well made.

Excellent role-playing games with an old-fashioned French era, vive la révolution, vive la france!

Very interesting, however the game looks a bit cheap. But I'm not only interested in the exceptional graphics, I'll give it a chance.

I've been looking for original souls likes for a long time, this one seems promising. Remains to be seen with the controller in hand ;)

I'm not sure what to expect from this Souls-like game but the universe might make it interesting, so let's see!

It is a good rpg set in the darkest era of France. It has Soulslike mechanics and a tetric and frenetic atmosphere. Recommended.
