    In the frozen lands of the north, the Norsca peninsula is home to some of the most fierce tribes in the Old World. These battle-hardened warriors have sworn allegiance to the Ruinous Powers and will rampage through the southern territories razing settlements and spreading destruction for the glory of their patrons. Total War: WARHAMMER - Norsca is an expansion that adds a new faction with unique mechanics to Total War: Warhammer. It adds plenty of new troops and a couple of legendary lords to the game, allowing you to control tribes of savage warriors that will stop at nothing.

    Norsca armies are composed of vicious Marauders whose thirst for combat is endless. They are accompanied by mighty beasts and monsters from the frozen north, including Norscan IceWolves, IceTrolls, cyclopean Fimir Warriors, and even gigantic Frost Wyrms and War Mammoths. On the strategy map, Norscan armies focus on plundering and razing. They can only build fully developed settlements when they conquer major enemy cities.

    Total War: WARHAMMER - Norsca DLC gives you access to Wulfrik The Wanderer and Throgg as Legendary Lords. The first one is a brutal leader always looking for a challenge. He is able to duel enemy champions and keep them stranded in a fight to the death while making the Marauders in his army cause fear. Meanwhile, Throgg is a troll unique in his kind. He is blessed with exceptional intelligence that's only equal to his malice. He boosts other trolls and makes them even more resilient, and the units he commands are immune to all forms of attrition.
