    When a massive alien structure appears in the orbit of our planet, all countries put together a special response unit that is sent to investigate its origins. The SCAR ( Sentient Contact Assessment and Response) team is comprised of scientists and engineers whose mission is to learn everything they can about the alien object. But they are in for a surprise when they are transported to the other side of the universe and find themselves on a mysterious planet. 

    In Scars Above you play as Kate, one of the members of the SCAR team who has to survive by any means in such a hostile alien environment. As a scientist, you will use your knowledge to explore and research the strange planet you are on while looking for a way to return home. You have not been trained as a soldier, but you will have to fight strange alien creatures if you want to survive.
