Hammerwatch II is now available on PC

Modus Games - publisher of Teslagrad 2 and Soulstice - and Crackshell teamed up as Hammerwatch II slashed its way to PC via Steam. Players will face the forces of evil across varied environments while crafting weapons and potions in the all-new sequel to the classic indie hit.

The game’s launch was accompanied by a new trailer showcasing the vast, diverse kingdom players will explore while working to aid King Roland’s resistance against Blight the Horrible and his dragon army. Battle massive beasts and hordes of the undead in an epic quest with brand-new features and a giant open world.

Players will journey through Hammer Island, the Fallowfields, and the dark mountainous regions of Blackbarrow, all created in the signature Hammerwatch pixelated art style. Build a custom Herian Hero and choose between five distinct character classes: Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Wizard, and Warlock, before customizing your appearance and leveling up to unlock powerful new abilities and skills. 

Adventure alone or gather a party to aid King Roland’s resistance in online four-player co-op, tackling the diverse and epic quests in Hammerwatch II’s vast, dynamic world. The New day/night cycles give players a sense of a living world around them.  Players will also face a smarter enemy AI as they battle beasts and finish off hordes of evil undead in this epic ode to classic ARPGs. 

Hammerwatch II will offer players an all-new immersive environment to explore. Quest, collect items, fight new enemies, and go up against challenging bosses. The game is destined for seasoned players who miss the classic days of pixel art and top-down view while playing with their friends.
