Hood: Outlaws and Legends is free on PC

Epic Games Store continues to offer free games on a weekly basis. Although the games available during the last couple of weeks could be considered somewhat less interesting, a relatively recent release is available now. Hood: Outlaws and Legends is available for free along with a couple of other titles until next Thursday on Epic Games Store. 

A new type of thief

Hood: Outlaws and Legends puts you in the shoes of a ruthless thief in a violent world. In this multiplayer experience, you choose an archetype and join a band of criminals that attempts to complete a heist. Your goal is to steal a succulent treasure from a guarded keep. An appropriate strategy where you make use of your unique skills and cooperate with your team is advisable, but you also need to keep in mind that yours is not the only crew of villains attempting to steal the goods. Another group of tugs will attempt to disrupt your operation and give you a hard time in order to get the prize. The result is gameplay full of action, accompanied by plenty of features that allow you to enhance your characters in several ways over time.

If you are looking for a different type of RPG experience, Iratus: Lord of the Dead is a tactical turn-based RPG that uses mechanics similar to Darkest Dungeon. Take the role of an evil necromancer that commands an army of creatures in a quest to claim vengeance against those that imprisoned him for an eternity.

Also, Geneforge 1 Mutagen is a classic-style RPG where you are a Shaper who is able to create life. You can explore a sprawling open world and shape it to your will in this classic-cult fantasy game.
