The Necromancer arrives to Diablo 3

The infamous Necromancer is the new class for Diablo 3 and it's already available. Rise of the Necromancer is the name chosen by Blizzard for the second DLC for their worldwide famous hack and slash action RPG Diablo 3. Although the game has been updated quite a few times with free content and changes through several updates, this is the first time Blizzard is releasing paid content for the game after the launch of Reaper of Souls expansion back in 2014, and the addition of the Crusader class as well as a new chapter for the game story.  Now it´s the turn for one of the favorite classic classes from Diablo 2, the Necromancer, but this class is completely different from his previous incarnation. Necromancers are still the masters of death, and they use bones, blood, corpses, undead servants and curses to fight against the demonic forces from hell, but their abilities and spells are completely different and they bring to the game many new gameplay options and interactions. Add to that a few new sets of class-specific armor that boost certain gameplay builds and you end with a great new class able to reap through hordes of enemies.

Along with the Necromancers, patch 2.6.0 also brings some new features, like Challenge Rifts, a couple of new zones,  The Moors and The Temple of the Firstborn, and four new Waypoints with bounties to complete in Adventure Mode. Everything but the Necromancer class is free for those that own the game.

Rise of the Necromancer DLC pack includes:

• Access to the Necromancer class
• Half-formed Golem pet
• Wings of the Crypt Guardian
• Two additional stash tabs (PC only) and character slots
• A portrait frame, Bloodmaster Pennant, Banner and Sign (exclusive cosmetic items)

As a reminder, you must own Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls or Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition to be able to make use of this addon.
