New Rayman game confirmed: Montreal and Milan take the lead

After years of silence, Rayman fans finally have something to celebrate. Ubisoft has officially confirmed that a brand-new entry in the beloved platforming franchise is in the works. Reports suggest the project has been in its planning stages since late 2024, with both studios working together to define the direction of Rayman's long-awaited return. Ubisoft Milan, fresh off the release of Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, has even been hiring for key roles to help bring the project to life, describing it as a "prestigious AAA title" set within the Rayman universe.
