Shenmue III Enhanced Edition brings the series to modern platforms

With the Gamescom 2025 about ti kick off, legendary game designer Yu Suzuki and publisher ININ Games officially revealed Shenmue III Enhanced Edition, a reimagined version of the 2019 sequel that will bring sharper visuals, smoother gameplay, and modern accessibility options to new and returning fans. The upgraded release is confirmed for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo platforms, though ININ has yet to specify whether the Switch version will be supported on both current and next-generation hardware.
