Shenmue 3, system requirements for PC revealed

Shenmue 3 has been a hot topic in the video games world recently due to the announcement made by its developers not too long ago which revealed that the game is going to be an Epic Games Store exclusive. Since the game was originally funded on Kickstarter and it was specified that it would be available on Steam, many backers found the release plans outrageous and voiced it out accordingly. All this, led developer Ys Net to offer refunds to those Kickstarter backers of Shenmue 3 on PC who object to the game’s Epic Games Store exclusivity. Otherwise, those people would have to wait for a year after the game launches to see the game on other distribution platforms. In a surprising move, Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney revealed that Epic Games would cover the costs of all Kickstarter refunds of future exclusive games. Epic Games is here to stay, and it seems that players will have to get used to their exclusive deals, especially considering that many developers are starting to voice out their discontent with the 30% that Valve takes from their revenues.

Controversies aside, the development of Shenmue 3 keeps progressing steadily. The launch has been moved from August 27 to November 19th this year, but Ys Net has finally made public the minimum and recommended system requirements needed to play the game on PC. Shenmue 3 PC minimum specs
