Assassin's Creed Valhalla introduces the River Raids

Even though the games in the Assassin's Creed series have been entertaining players for quite a while, Ubisoft manages to surprise us and take gameplay to a new level with every new installment. Assassin's Creed Valhalla has become one of the most popular games in the series. We don't know if it's because players love Viking culture or just because of all the gameplay novelties in the game, but the truth is that Eivor is already a legendary character whose fame is on par with Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the iconic protagonist of Assassin's Creed II. 

Assassin's Creed Valhalla offers you enough content to keep you busy for a long time with plenty of England territories to explore and enemies to fight while you try to keep the people in your settlement safe and help them to prosper in hostile lands. But Ubisoft has well-laid plans to expand the game, and Assassin's Creed Valhalla will receive today the biggest patch released to date. Title Update 1.1.2 will land today on all platforms and it brings a brand new game mode to the game, River Raids, in which you will explore new regions of England looking for new targets to raid, more loot, and challenging battles for you and your clan.

The update also includes new abilities for Eivor, who will now be able to lay a trap that will make enemies go berserk, instill fear in nearby enemies with a savage battle cry, or perform a powerful shoulder bash that will knock enemies back. Those abilities will contribute to make our mighty Viking leader a force to be reckoned with.

Title Update 1.1.2 for Assassin's Creed Valhalla also includes several game improvements, balance changes, and bug fixes that you can find by checking the official patch notes. The size of the update ranges between 10 and 20 GB depending on what platform you are playing the game, so be ready for a sizeable download before you play Assassin's Creed Valhalla today.
