Elden Ring: Nightreign unveils exciting new class

FromSoftware has revealed a new class for its highly anticipated game, Elden Ring: Nightreign. The class, known as Raider, promises to offer exciting gameplay mechanics and tactical options to be paired with the others previously revealed, exponentially increasing the possible combinations in the upcoming cooperative multiplayer game.

A liking for colossal weapons

The Raider class is a nod to the swashbuckling adventurers of old, at least in the looks. When it comes to fighting, the Raider wields a massive two-handed axe and is capable of delivering lethal blows even to the toughest enemies. The Raider is also capable of summoning a gigantic slab of stone that looks like a tombstone. It can damage enemies, empower allies and even serve as a platform that can be used to gain tactical advantage in combat. This new addition enhances the already diverse character roster, offering a unique playstyle that encourages players to adapt and strategize in the expansive world of the Lands Between.

Elden Ring: Nighteign will offer a new type of experience set in the same universe as Elden Ring but with cooperative multiplayer at its core. Up to three players will have to unite forces to fight challenging bosses in epic fights. Souls-like combat and roguelike mechanics are the highlights of a title that brings a refreshing change to FromSoftware's franchise.
