The Burning Hells come to Dead by Daylight in the new Diablo crossover

"The sweetest words pave the path to your destruction." That's how Dead by Daylight introduced the voices behind its Diablo Killers on October 21, 2026, and the collection has now been released. It brings three new Killer skins and three Survivor outfits inspired by the Diablo series, with Caroline Faber, Steve Blum and Ray Porter returning to voice the villains.

The three Killer skins

• The Artist: Lilith (Daughter of Hatred)
• The Nurse: Mephisto (Lord of Hatred)
• The Dredge: Belial (Lord of Lies)

Of the three Killer skins, only The Artist's Lilith skin is Legendary. It comes with a unique Mori, which is a Killer's finishing animation, and custom menu animations. The Nurse's Mephisto skin and The Dredge's Belial skin aren't tagged Legendary.

The voice acting is the headline feature. Caroline Faber, Steve Blum and Ray Porter return to voice Lilith, Mephisto and Belial in Dead by Daylight, according to the game's official post. Although Lilith’s Mori is a bit of a letdown, the three skins are still great additions.

The Survivor outfits

On the Survivor side, David King gets Barbarian’s Plight, Zarina Kassir gets Sorcerer’s Perspective and Taurie Cain gets Necromancer’s Duty. They’re three classic Diablo classes, and it’s not a surprising trio, since they’re arguably some of the most recognizable in the series.

Diablo's villains and Dead by Daylight's Fog share a similar kind of dread, so the crossover makes sense on paper. Whether it feels special will come down to the voice work and how the skins look in motion, and Lilith's Legendary skin is the clearest test of that.
