Resident Evil Village demo will be available much longer

When the last video showing Resident Evil Village footage was shown a couple of weeks ago, it was accompanied by the announcement of a demo that would allow players to experience a bit more of Capcom's survival horror adventure. All those players that are eagerly waiting for the release of the game have a new opportunity to give it a try this weekend. The Maiden demo was enough to set the mood and raise the interest of a great number of players, especially thanks to the appearance of Lady Dimitrescu. It was followed by the Village demo, which allowed players to explore a bit more of the town that we will be visiting in the game. But there is a final demo that will give players access to both the Village and the Castle levels for a limited time. 

The demo is scheduled for this weekend and it will be the first one available on several platforms. Previous ones were only available on PlayStation. The only requirement needed to play the demo is being able to run the game, and you can play it on PlayStation, PC, Xbox, and Stadia. The demo only allows you to play for a total of 60 minutes but it's more than enough time to immerse yourself in the mysterious and dangerous world of Resident Evil Village. Originally, it was meant to be available only for 24 hours but Capcom has just extended that time by a whole week due to the huge number of complaints from the players.

The release of Resident Evil Village is scheduled for May 7, but you shouldn't miss this opportunity and take an hour of your time to play the final demo if you want to experience what the game has to offer before purchasing it. The demo will be available from May 1 until May 9 in North America and from May 2 until May 10 in Europe.
