Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6 meet in an epic crossover

Capcom is once again crossing two of its biggest franchises for the joy of the fans. A collaboration between Monster Hunter Wilds and Street Fighter 6 will soon offer players the possibility of enjoying the best of both worlds while they hunt gigantic beasts down. Capcom has revealed a collaboration event that will include plenty of new Street Fighter 6-themed cosmetics and more.

Akuma enters the hunt

The new side mission Ultimate Strength will allow players to unlock special rewards but there is more. Leading the charge in the free content lineup is none other than Akuma, the demonic martial artist known for his brutal power and stoic intensity. Hunters will be able to don the Akuma Hunter Layered Armor, a complete transmog set that not only brings his iconic look to Monster Hunter Wilds but also features unique special actions and animations inspired by his signature fighting style. The Monster Hunter Wilds X Street Fighter 6 crossover event will also include a free Blanka-chan Layered Armor set for your Palico. It will make your trusty feline companion like an electrified plush version of Blanka. In addition to the free sets, Capcom is rolling out a premium DLC pack featuring extra costumes inspired by other Street Fighter 6 characters. With this pack, you will unlock a few cosmetics and special gestures, and Alma will be able to disguise as Chun-Li and Cammy.
